WHAT DOES INSTALLTURBOTAX.COM WITH LICENSE CODE MEAN?

How am i able to obtain and install the 2022 turbotax application to my new Computer? I previously transferred the information.  I am unable, following the Instructions or usually, to locate a site in which I can enter the license code from an item I Formerly procured in a shop. Can anybody deliver help on this problem?The essential concept of the
